Charlie, the Lonesome Cougar (1967, comedy and adventure)

As it should be, the cat is the best actor in this pseudo-documentary, which follows the story of a wild cougar who's become too tame for his own good. The movie boasts breathtaking scenery, and it's fun to watch the comic chase scenes between Charlie and a terrier named Chainsaw, see him riding a toboggan, and clowning his way through a gravity-defying logrolling scene in which the big cat shows off some fancy footwork.
